WHAT TO EXPECT
What to Expect with the Online Design Service:

Payment is required to begin. You can BOOK through the website at one of the services offered above.

After you schedule an Online Design Service, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your design style, wants, and needs.

You'll be invited to your online client portal where you'll receive our easy-to-follow "Guide to Measure a Room" and see all your project deliverables.

You'll be invited to schedule your virtual design consultation where we'll do a live video walk-through of your space.

You'll send us all project details needed to begin designing. This may include:

Not comfortable taking measurements, I'm available to do on-site dimensions and take photos for an additional fee. A travel charge will be applied to residences outside of our local radius. Travel reimbursement for tolls, bridges, and/or parking may apply.

The creative process has begun! I'm excited to work with you on your design idea. My first task will be creating an engaging concept board, floor plan, and product list per room.

We will discuss your likes and dislikes and I will send 1 revision with up to 3 alternative options per piece if necessary (any options over 3 and additional revisions require an additional fee at the designer hourly rate).

Product selections range from various trusted retail vendors or our curated Ronnie & Co collection to provide a design specific to your style and budget.

Once the design is finalized, you'll receive your final design packet and other Online Design Service deliverables straight to your client portal with instructions to get started installing your design.

Need design samples? We can send them directly to your door.

3D Renders of one design concept are included. Revisions to furnishings or additional design concepts incur an additional fee at the designer hourly rate.
